Prohibited Items

• Firearms, ammunition, or gun parts of any kind
• Knives, box cutters, switchblades, swords, machetes, or sharp objects
• Brass knuckles, tasers, stun guns, pepper spray, mace, or self-defense weapons
• Explosives, fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, sparklers, or pyrotechnics
• Any item that could be used as a weapon, as determined by security
• Illegal drugs or substances of any kind
• Drug paraphernalia
• Outside alcohol
• Outside cannabis, THC products, or CBD products
• Prescription medication not in its original container or not matching the guest’s ID
• Open or unsealed medication, supplements, powders, or unknown substances
• Outside food or beverages
• Glass bottles or glass containers of any kind
• Metal bottles, cans, or hard-sided beverage containers
• Coolers, ice chests, or large insulated bags
• Large quantities of snacks, drinks, or supplies intended for distribution
• Oversized backpacks, luggage, duffel bags, or large tote bags (all bags must be 13" x 17" or smaller)
• Hard-sided containers or storage bins
• Coolers
• Locked bags or any bag that cannot be fully searched by security
• Professional cameras with detachable lenses
• Video cameras, camcorders, or professional filming equipment
• Tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, or camera poles
• Audio recording equipment
• Drones or any remote-controlled aircraft
• Unauthorized livestreaming or commercial photography equipment
• Large umbrellas
• Flag poles, large signs, banners, or totems with hard poles
• Tents, canopies, tarps, shade structures, or camping gear
• Laser pointers or high-powered flashlights
• Open flames, candles, torches, lanterns, or fuel
• Generators
• Pyrotechnics, fireworks, flamethrowers
• BBQ/grills, aerosol products, gasoline tanks
• Electronics larger than handheld devices
• Charcoal, propane, butane, grills, camping stoves, or cooking equipment
• Confetti, glitter, loose sequins, fake snow, streamers, or similar litter-producing items
• Paint, spray paint, markers, chalk, stickers, or tagging materials
• Soap, dyes, chemicals, or liquids that could impact the land or waterways
• Glow sticks or items designed to be broken open or discarded
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, roller skates, or rollerblades
• Except for ADA devices, Motorized personal vehicles or recreational vehicles inside the event grounds
• Unauthorized golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles, or similar vehicles
• Pets or emotional support animals
• Animals of any kind, except trained service animals as required by law
• Unauthorized vending or selling of goods, food, drinks, or services
• Flyers, stickers, posters, samples, giveaways, or promotional materials not approved by Sacred Meadows
• Counterfeit tickets, credentials, wristbands, or passes
• Unauthorized brand activations, sponsor materials, or commercial displays
• Clothing, signs, or items displaying hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Items that impersonate security, police, medical staff, event staff, or official personnel
• Costumes, masks, or accessories that fully conceal identity during security screening
• Costumes or props that may create a safety hazard or interfere with other guests
• Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law
• Any item prohibited by Sawgrass Recreation Park, law enforcement, fire marshal, medical, or security personnel
• Any item that creates a safety, environmental, operational, or crowd-control concern
• Any item Sacred Meadows determines is inappropriate for the event

Accepted Items List

• Clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC bags not exceeding 13" x 17"
• One-gallon clear plastic zip-top bags
• Fanny packs
• Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap
• Empty hydration packs that are not full backpacks
• Empty hydration backpacks smaller than 13" x 17"
• Cell phones
• Sunglasses and hats
• Earplugs
• Powdered makeup
• Sealed feminine products
• Non-aerosol sunscreen, sealed upon entry
• Sealed packs of cigarettes upon entry
• Vapes and e-cigarettes
• Sealed vape juice and sealed e-cigarette cartridges upon entry
• Illuminated or glowing jewelry
• Illuminated or glowing costumes
• Flags and banners with no corporate or company branding
• Soft flag poles only, subject to additional search
• Non-professional cameras
• Action cameras, such as GoPros
• Action cameras on non-extendable handles (Professional cameras, detachable lenses, tripods, monopods, drones, selfie sticks, extendable poles, and commercial recording equipment are not permitted unless approved in advance by Sacred Meadows.)

Prescription Medication

• Prescription medication is permitted when it is in the original manufacturer container with the guest’s name on it, matching the guest’s government-issued photo ID.
• Guests should only bring the amount of medication reasonably needed for the duration of the event.
• Medication review is conducted solely for safety purposes and will not be used to deny access to medically necessary prescriptions.

Accessibility Items

• ADA mobility devices are permitted where legally required and must be used safely.
• Trained service animals are permitted as required by law. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not pose a safety risk to guests, wildlife, staff, or the venue.
• If a service animal’s role is not obvious, staff may ask whether the animal is required because of a disability and what work or task the animal has been trained to perform.

Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, companion animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Important Notes

• All guests, bags, and personal items are subject to search before entry.
• Prohibited items may be confiscated and may not be returned.
• There may not be lockers or item storage available on-site.
• Guests who refuse screening or violate event rules may be denied entry or removed without refund.
• Rules may be updated at any time for safety, legal, environmental, or operational reasons.
