Our Commitment

Underground Garden LLC, including its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, licensors, sponsors, vendors, and assigns (“Underground Garden”), acknowledges that many members of our community experience disability and access challenges.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our community, both online and at our in-person events, including the Sacred Meadows Art and Music Project 2026 and any future events produced by Underground Garden LLC.

We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA standards and to adhere to applicable laws related to disability access, including but not limited to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable local, state, and federal rules and ordinances.

Measuring and Maintaining Accessibility

To track our progress toward meeting our accessibility goals, we are committed to evaluating our content and continuously improving our systems, access, and offerings where reasonably possible.

Screen reader tools, screen magnification tools, font and color adjustment tools, and other assistive technologies are often available free of cost and may enhance accessibility for some users across our websites, digital platforms, and communications (the “Properties”).

While we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party websites, ticketing platforms, social media platforms, or other external services that may be linked from our Properties, we encourage our partners to meet WCAG Level AA standards and continue to seek partners who share our commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort and a long-term commitment. We remain dedicated to evaluating our offerings and making reasonable improvements over time to better serve our community.
