Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: This Agreement affects your legal rights. By purchasing a ticket, entering the Event premises, volunteering, performing, vending, sponsoring, or otherwise participating in or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or participate in the Event.
Underground Garden LLC, a Florida limited liability company, including its owners, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, licensors, sponsors, vendors, and assigns (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Underground Garden”), produces and operates the Sacred Meadows Art and Music Project 2026 (the “Event”).
These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to, participation in, and attendance at the Event, as well as your interaction with any related websites, ticketing platforms, communications, on-site activities, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Eligibility & Admission
- The Event is strictly 18+.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times while on Event premises.
- Re-entry is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person at our sole discretion, without refund, for safety, security, policy violations, or conduct inconsistent with the Event’s values or this Agreement.
2. Tickets, Sales & Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers, except in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, governmental orders, public health emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands will not be replaced.
- Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets or wristbands may result in denial of entry without refund.
3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree to behave responsibly and respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, drones, fires, or hazardous materials
- Harassment, threats, violence, or unsafe behavior
- Unauthorized vending, solicitation, or promotion
- Damage to land, structures, art, or natural environments
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to remove any individual engaging in prohibited conduct, without refund, and to involve law enforcement when necessary.
4. Leave-No-Trace Commitment
Sacred Meadows is a leave-no-trace event. Attendees and participants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and respecting the land, art installations, and surrounding environment. Failure to comply may result in removal and/or future bans.
5. Assumption of Risk
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in the Event, including but not limited to:
- Outdoor terrain and environmental conditions
- Weather fluctuations
- Loud music and lighting effects
- Crowds and physical movement
- Alcohol consumption
- Physical activity, dancing, or exertion
You acknowledge these risks are inherent and unavoidable and accept full responsibility for your participation.
6. Release & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless Underground Garden LLC and all related parties from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities arising from or related to attendance or participation in the Event, use of the premises or facilities, or acts or omissions of other attendees, participants, vendors, or third parties.
IN NO EVENT SHALL UNDERGROUND GARDEN LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profits, data, or enjoyment.
7. Medical Consent
You authorize Underground Garden LLC and its agents to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if you are incapacitated or unable to consent. You agree to be responsible for any medical costs incurred and release Underground Garden LLC from liability related to such care.
8. Photography, Video & Media Rights
By attending or participating in the Event, you grant Underground Garden LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and image.
This content may be used without limitation for marketing and promotion, social media, advertising, press, documentation, and archival purposes. No compensation, approval, or opt-out is provided.
9. Participants: Artists, Vendors, Sponsors & Volunteers
This Agreement applies equally to ticket holders, artists and performers, vendors and sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
Each participant is solely responsible for their own actions, equipment, merchandise, and compliance with applicable laws and Event policies.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and defend Underground Garden LLC against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your conduct at the Event.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- This Agreement is governed by Florida law.
- Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Broward County, Florida.
- Class actions, representative actions, and jury trials are expressly waived.
If arbitration is found unenforceable, the exclusive venue shall be state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
12. Termination & Enforcement
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event, this Agreement, or any individual’s participation at any time, with or without notice. Continued attendance constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Underground Garden LLC regarding the Event and supersedes all prior communications or agreements.
By purchasing a ticket or participating in the Event, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
